I hold the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable or I choose not to do, please respect that.

A physical reference sheet is Required! A written description leaves too much room for error.

I will not take commissions from anyone 14 or younger.

The finished piece will be sent through email, it can be sent through Discord or Google Drive alternatively.

You are NOT allowed to remove/edit my watermark without my explicit permission. I can make it smaller/move it if you ask, but it must stay on the finished piece.

Please be patient! I may have other commissions that I'm working on, but if you'd like to check up every now and then that's fine.

Commissions may take a few days, or it could take a few weeks, either way I will notify you if there's any delays.

I do NOT consent to my artwork/characters being used in or for Ai, EVER. It will be a swift block and permanent blacklist.

You're free to repost your commissioned art/use it as an icon, so long as proper credit is given to me. More specifically a VISIBLE LINK if it's possible, otherwise provide my username for Ko-Fi/Tumblr/Bluesky/Toyhouse.

You are NOT allowed to claim, trace, sell, etc. or do anything similar with my art.

You may edit your commission (add a background, swap colors, etc.) so long as it's for personal use.

I may make a speedpaint with your commission. If you're uncomfortable with this, please let me know beforehand.

I may use your commission as an art example. Please let me know if you're uncomfortable with this beforehand.

If you'd like for me to keep your commission private, I.E. not post it at all, please let me know.

If you're alright with me posting the commission but want to remain anonymous, please let me know.

If the commission doesn't belong to you, do not use my art in any way.

Begging for free art will put you on a blacklist. If I have requests/art trades open, I will state so. Free commissions don't exist, you pay for commissions.

You're free to pay everything up front, or half at the start and half when I finish. You will not receive the finished piece until I am paid.

I won't start your commission until I receive payment.

Alternatively, you may pay through CashApp or Kofi if you don't want to use PayPal. I can also look into alternative payment methods if asked, but I will not do E-checks.

Please don't ask about discounts if it's not already mentioned somewhere. Usually the post will state whether or not I have a sale going on.

I will send you a sketch (that will be low quality and heavily watermarked to prevent theft if I haven't been paid in full) to be approved before moving on to the final piece. You're free to change this 5 times before extra is charged.

Please be specific! The more details/references you give me regarding what pose you want, their expression, etc. the easier it'll be for me to get it right. Map out something with stick figures if you like so I can get an idea of what you want.

Once your commission is finished, I can make adjustments if there's any minor flaws. Major changes will cost extra, unless it's a mistake on my part.

I want to make my clients happy! Communication is key here, if you're unhappy with your commission at any point, please let me know and I'll try to work it out with you.

If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece, please don't hesitate to tell me so we can find a solution together.

I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. Ex: You do not want me to post your commission anywhere, we can discuss this.

If you file a dispute/chargeback against me without any warning or reason, you will be permanently blacklisted and all rights to your commission will be revoked.

Currently I am unable to give out refunds due to my financial status, unless something comes up that guarantees I won't be able to finish your commission. In which case I will give a full refund.

I will not give refunds to finished commissions.

I may cancel your commission and refund you in full if something comes up in my personal life that guarantees I won't be able to finish your commission.

All of the terms above regarding art use apply to adopts as well.

Once you've bought the adopt, you're free to change them however you like.

Please credit me for the design, and my art if you repost it.

Once bought, I'll send you a version of the adopt with a much smaller watermark. They will be sent through email or Google Drive, whichever you prefer.

There are no refunds for adopts.

Do NOT use/claim the adopt if you didn't purchase them. It will lead to a permanent blacklist.

I can make a Toyhouse for the character and transfer them to you if you'd like.

You may resell the adopt, but not for higher than what you paid. The only exception is if you've added art to them.

If you resell them, let me know about their new owner so I can keep track of them.

Do NOT sell/give my designs to anyone on my Blacklist

You may pay everything up front, or half at the start and half when I finish.

Please be as detailed as possible when asking for a custom adopt. I'll need things like species, skin/fur color, eye color, hair color, hair style, clothing, etc. A completely randomized custom will cost extra.

Just like regular adopts, there will be no refunds for custom adopts.

If you do not pay the other half and ghost me, you'll be blacklisted and I will sell the custom.

Serious offers only when bidding.

No editing your comment to change your offer.

Backing out is fine, if you're not the highest bidder.

If I don't receive payment after 48 hours, I will hand off the adopt to the next highest bidder.
